Tools are guaranteed for a minimum of 10,000 cycles. Secondary operations include painting, screen printing, EMI/RFI shielding and value-added assembly.
The RIM material they use is a self-skinning rigid polyurethane foam. RIM is the ideal process for achieving a superior finish, fit and performance on high-quality. The process produces parts that are lightweight yet rigid and extremely durable.
