Engineering and R&D support
Stack’s experienced staff will work directly with your R&D engineers to ensure that your specifications are accurately manufactured into our products. We routinely fabricate prototypes and short runs prior to production runs to check that design criteria are met.
Scientific Molding Expertise
Stack Plastics utilizes a Scientific Molding process where variables such as fill time, Injection pressure at transfer, intensification ratio, plastic pressure, shear rate and, relative viscosity are determined in advance and measured against during testing.

Tooling
Stack works directly with several quality toolmakers, each with a variety of strengths and specialties. Whether you need a simple prototype mold in a week, a complex mold requiring hardened steel with intricate slides and inserts, or you need adjustments, repairs, or modifications to existing molds, Stack can deliver. Through our many projects, our toolmakers have been tested to insure that they meet our high standards.
